15) Avec votre radio ou un testeur de servo, mettez le servo de gaz au neutre. Montez le palonnier pour qu'il soit dans l'axe du

servo. Glissez la commande dans le connecteur et serrez la vis pointeau, de manière à ce que le boisseau du carburateur soit à

moitié ouvert quand le palonnier est au neutre.

Use your RC system or a servo tester to center the throttle servo. Fit the servo arm aligned with the servo. Slide the throttle

linkage into the connector and tighten the set screw so that the carburetor is half open with the servo centered.

16) Equipez le bouchon du réservoir en installant les tubes de

remplissage, de pressurisation et d'alimentation. La durit sur

le tube d'alimentation doit laisser le plongeur à 1 ou 2 mm de

l'arrière du réservoir quand le bouchon est monté. Le tube de

pressurisation est courbé vers le haut du réservoir, et celui de

remplissage vers le bas.

Install the tubes in the stopper for vent, filling and carburetor

lines. The silicon fuel tube should be set so that the carburetor

line weight (clunk) is 2 mm before the aft end of the tank.

The vent tube is folded upside, and the fill tube is folded down.

17) Montez les plaques en acier percées de chaque côté du

bouchon et la vis de 3 mm, sans la serrer.

Install the two steel perforated plates on each side of the

stopper, and the 3 mm machine screw, but keep it loose.

18) Insérez le bouchon dans le réservoir, veillez à ce que les

tubes soient correctement orientés, et serrez la vis pour dilater

le bouchon et le rendre étanche.

Insert the stopper ins the tank and tighten the screw to expand

the stopper, thus sealing the tank.

19) Repérez et notez les sorties du

réservoir (P = pressurisation, C =

carburateur et R = Remplissage).

Mark the tank to remember wich line

goes to the carburetor, to the mufler

and wich one is the filling.

20) Placez le réservoir dans le fuselage et maintenez-le avec les bandes de velcro

installées. Les sorties doivent passer par le trou de la cloison pare-feu.

Fit the tank into the fuselage and secure it with the hook and loop material strips

provided. The tubes should exit through the hole in the firewall.

21) Montez les durits entre le réservoir et le carburateur, la

prise de pressurisation sur le pot d'échappement, et ajoutez

une durit sur le tube de remplissage, avec un bouchon. Pour

les moteurs 4 temps, n'oubliez pas de brancher une durit sur

le reniflard et fixez-la pour que les résidus sortent vers le bas.

Install the silicon fuel tubes from the tank to the carburetor,

to the muffler. An other silicon fuel tube is connected to the

filling tube (add a stopper). If you use a four stroke engine,

don't forget to add a silicon fuel tube connected on the

breather, and attach this tube so that the residues exit under

the fuselage.

1) Collez les blocs

à l'époxy dans

les angles de la

cloison pare-feu, puis ajustez-les par ponçage pour que le

capot repose sur chaque bloc.

Use epoxy to glue the four hard wood blocs on the firewall as

shown. Sand them so that the cowl can be fitted in position.

2) Coupez si nécessaire la face arrière du capot pour qu'il reste

un espace de 5 mm entre le plateau d'hélice et la face avant

du capot. Faites aussi toutes les découpes nécessaires pour la

culasse, le pointeau, l'échappement et le chauffe bougie.

If needeed, cut the aft of the cowl, so that the front of the

cowl is 5 mm behind the propeller. Cut all the needed holes

for the engine head, the needle, the muffler and the glow plug

socket.

3) Percez le capot et les blocs à 1,6 mm. Agrandissez les trous

dans le capot à 2,4 mm et fixez-le avec quatre vis à bois de 2,2

x 12 mm. Fixez l'hélice.

Make four holes in the cowl and in the wood blocs with a 1.6

mm drill. Enlarge the holes with a 2.4 mm drill in the cowl.

Attach the cowl using four 2.2 x 12 mm self tapping screws.

Install the propeller.
